Diarmaid MacCulloch

Ex diacono anglicano, è stato nominato cavaliere nel 2012. È membro del St. Cross College di Oxford e professore di storia della chiesa all’Università di Oxford. Tra le sue pubblicazioni si segnalano: Suffolk and the Tudors, vincitore del Whitfield Prize della Royal Historical Society, e Thomas Cranmer: A Life, che ha vinto il Whitbread Biography Prize, il James Tait Black Prize e il Duff Cooper Prize. In Italia Neri Pozza ha pubblicato Il silenzio (2019).
